Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns (Retail)

If you would like to return a purchase, please contact us at support@puplid.com with the order number and reason for your return. We will issue you a return label along with a full refund of your order provided we receive the item(s) back within 30 days of receiving your order and in the same condition you received it. 

The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note it may take 3 to 5 business days for it to be posted to your account by your bank or credit card company. If you have not received your refund within 5 business days of notice from us, contact us at support@puplid.com.

Exchanges (Retail)

If you need to make an exchange, please email us at support@puplid.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once we receive your request, we’ll update your order to the correct size and send you a prepaid return label.

Wholesale Purchases

We don't offer returns or refunds on wholesale orders. If applicable, we will exchange any wholesale item(s) received in a damaged or defective state, if returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please see Section 21 of our Terms of Service for more information.
