what is the MOQ?
For initial orders, the minimum order quantity is 24 puplids. For reorders it's 12 puplids.
do you offer custom designs?
Yes! We love to see our partners' custom designs. Please note there is a $40 custom fee per design.
what are my display options?
We offer a dog statue for $35 which includes a complimentary puplid and size guide signage.
how do I know which sizes to order?
Here's a basic size distribution for initial orders of our 7 sizes that have worked for others:
TINY: 5%
XXS: 10%
XS: 10%
S: 15%
M: 20%
L: 35%
XL: 5%
Alongside the PupLids, 20% of wholesalers purchase matching human hats.
what is the lead time?
The first order with a custom design takes about a week to set up as we do some test prints with it. Once the order is placed and is paid, we typically ship in two weeks or less.
